Dubai Mall

We turned up at our pre-booked pre-paid slot for the Khalifa half an hour early. Having seen loads of "VIP"s just go ahead, we finally got to the lift 2 hours after the booked slot! No water, no information, people ducking under the barriers, a complete shambles. No fun with 3 children, AND we missed our dinner reservation. The Aquarium on the other hand was fantastic.

Overall good. Interesting and well maintained.

Went as a couple and really enjoyed, lots to see with fun facts. Took about 1.5 hrs for the aquarium. The burg khalifa was amazing but the entrance line was very long and to come down as well took quite some time so be ready for long lines.

Our ticket was at 12:00, we arrived 20-15 mins earlier as advised and were only up at 15:00. The worst organisation ever. No help for old people, we stood for almost 3 hrs in a queue and only one security guy advised us to skip the line almost at the end of the queue. We had no fun at all on top because my grandma was already feeling very sick when we got up here, and to get down you still need to wait another hour. They should warn people especially with old people and kids that the waiting time is more than 2 hrs and there is no chance to sit anywhere if you don’t feel well. Do not recommend, just go to any roof top restaurant and you will get the same view with no lines and good food. Very disappointed, the viewpoints in NY and Chicago way better organised.

3 hours of waiting in line, it is a shame, and so then too late for the aquarium i ll never recommand it

Very nice view, although we stood about hour and half in line, but still it was worth it. We entered to the online ticket queue, showed our tickets at reception and they give us tickets so we can use them also in Dubai aquarium. After Burj Khalifa we go eat something and after that we entered Dubai aquarium with the tickets we got.
